- i dont know the answer to your question (it might be at!wa?) but all i can say
- is that with my courier over here even if i dont disable call waiting when
- the modem is in use (my system used to be at thier apartment for 2 months heh)
- the modem wont necessarily drop the connection when it hears the beep. that
- might hold true for the sportsters too. v.34 just seem to be more robust
- in the hang up for call waiting, etc. the only time when the courier was over
- there that it ever hung up on call waiting was when i was using v.32bis 14.4
